Change is inevitable, and is often the catalyst for incredible growth.

I had the privilege of gathering with brilliant women at a recent Power Play Series Blunch, co-hosted with the amazing Nic Cober, Esquire. We came together around the theme, “The Precipice of Change,” and the conversations that followed were both powerful and inspiring.

When we face change—whether in our careers or personal lives—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the uncertainty. But discomfort often marks the starting point of real progress. The unknown may feel daunting, yet it’s also the gateway to our greatest accomplishments.

Growth, after all, is not a final destination—it’s a continuous process. Every stage of life presents new opportunities for reinvention, and it’s in embracing those moments of change that we find our true potential.

One thing that has become clear to me through convening this group is the power of community. The conversations that took place that day were filled with passion, skill, and the drive to break barriers.

It reminded me how vital connection is in fueling both personal and professional breakthroughs.

When we surround ourselves with people who support and amplify one another’s voices, we create an energy that is unstoppable.

So, when you are navigating change, remember that growth is a journey.

The changes you embrace today will shape the person you become tomorrow.
